To Cancel Your Order:
1. Immediate Action Needed:
- Contact us within 6 hours of placing your order at help@roundndround.com with your order number.
- We process shipments quickly, so cancellations aren’t guaranteed once your order enters fulfillment.

2. After Shipping:
- If your order has already shipped, you can refuse delivery or return it upon arrival (see our Return Policy).

To Modify Your Order (Address/Items):
- Changes Possible? Only if we catch it before processing! Email us at help@roundndround.com with:
- Your order number
- Requested change (e.g., new shipping address, item swap)
- Note: We cannot add items to an existing order – place a new order instead.

Self-Service Option:
- For future orders, double-check your cart at checkout. You can save addresses/payment methods in your account for smoother edits.

Tracking your order is easy! Here’s how:

- Can’t find it? Check your spam/junk folder.

2. Track via Our Website
- Log in to your account and go to **track your order**

3. Use the Carrier’s Website
- Visit the shipping carrier’s site
- Enter your tracking number for detailed delivery progress.

Need Help?
- Delivery delays? Carriers occasionally experience unforeseen delays.
- No updates? It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after shipment.

We want you to love your purchase! Here’s how returns and exchanges work:

RETURNS:

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product/set remains unaltered and is in its original condition. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

Start by requesting a return via your email. Contact us at help@roundndround.com . Include your order number and reason for return.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EXCHANGES:

Swap for a different product (subject to availability). Follow the same process as returns, and note "Exchange" in your request.

REMINDER:

Please note that the return & exchange shipping fee is not covered by ROUND N ROUND.

EXCEPTIONS:

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

CARE

Natural stone jewelries is beautiful but requires gentle handling to maintain its luster and energy. Follow these tips to keep your pieces looking their best:

1. Daily Wear & Protection
- Avoid Exposure: Remove jewelries before swimming (chlorine/saltwater), showering, or applying perfumes/lotions, as chemicals can damage stones. 
- Store Properly: Keep pieces in a soft pouch or lined jewelries box to prevent scratches—especially softer stones like turquoise, opal, or malachite. 
- Mind the Sun: Prolonged sunlight can fade stones like amethyst or rose quartz.

2. Cleaning
- Gentle Wiping: Use a soft, lint-free cloth (microfiber works well) to remove oils and dirt. 
- Mild Cleaning: For deeper cleaning, dip a cloth in lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap, then pat dry immediately. 
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Never use bleach, ammonia, or ultrasonic cleaners—they can erode stones or their coatings.

3. Charging & Rejuvenation
- Some stones (e.g., crystal quartz, selenite) benefit from occasional moonlight charging or smudging with sage. 
- Salt Warning: Avoid saltwater or salt cleansing for porous stones (e.g., lapis lazuli, hematite).

4. Handling & Maintenance
- Check Settings: Periodically inspect prongs or wire wraps, especially for softer stones, to prevent loosening. 
- Last On, First Off: Put jewelries on after makeup/hair products to minimize chemical contact.

Note: Some stones (e.g., pearls, opals) need extra care—ask us for stone-specific guidance!
